With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mark is a Lead Customer Success Manager with the OpenText Customer Success team. Through customer engagement strategies, innovation and service design, Mark delivers interactive Customer Experience (CX) workshops that help organizations navigate their entire transformation journey. Mark’s passion for understanding customer challenges, aspirations, values and metrics for success, drives the creation of his virtual, online sessions built on LucidSpark technology. Currently, Mark is also a Masters candidate at the University of Maynooth School for Innovation Design.
