Manfred Hatzesberger

Manfred joined the OpenText Training team as an instructor in January 2006 and currently serves as Director, Professional Development & Training based in the Pasadena facility. Originally from Germany, Manfred conducts numerous courses at our U.S.-based facilities and around the world in English as well as his native language. Prior to joining OpenText, Manfred worked in Germany with Cisco Systems GmbH, AXENT Technologies (Symantec) and as an IT consultant. Manfred maintains several certifications, including the EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), EnCase Certified eDiscovery Practitioner (EnCEP) and CISSP.
