Creative collaboration for industry-leading enterprise DAM

Enhanced OpenText Hightail integration for OpenText Media Management

If you’re involved in any form of digital content collaboration – whether as a designer, copywriter, project manager, or decision-maker – you have probably felt the pains of having too many people involved, inconsistent or conflicting feedback, version control, juggling multiple campaigns and deliverables at once (often with competing deadlines) and ultimately too many rounds of creative review.

A 2018 study by the Association of National Advertisers also revealed that 90% of marketers work with external agencies, often choosing to outsource their more complex projects, to help meet the growing demand for more creative content to support marketing campaigns and programs.

Last year we launched the integration of OpenText™ Hightail™ for OpenText™ Media Management (OTMM), which enables marketers and their extended teams to collaborate on digital media assets (share, annotate and approve) without requiring participants to have an OTMM license.

The latest enhancement to this integration further enhances this collaboration workflow by allowing content reviewed in Hightail to seamlessly sync back to OTMM. External collaborators such as partners or agencies can also upload content via Hightail which can then be synced back to OTMM, allowing marketing to keep one single source of truth for all their brand assets.

You can experience Hightail and the integration with OTMM for free by requesting a trial at hightailtrials@opentext.com, or check out our recent demo webinar to see how this integration can help you #createbetter.
