One of the biggest problems with technology solutions aimed at improving personal and process productivity is that the systems are not tailored enough to each end user’s role or task. OpenText™ Content Intelligence makes it easy for organizations to increase user adoption, productivity and management insight by optimizing the OpenText™ Content Suite and OpenText™ Extended ECM user experience to create applications that suit role and task-specific requirements.

Content Intelligence gives you the power to create almost any content and workflow applications you may need by using the accelerated tile/widget creation tool and enhanced REST API. Conversely, if you are looking to hit the ground running, Content Intelligence also offers a complete set of instantly deployable and easily modifiable prebuilt reports, dashboards and applications.

These prebuilt reports are an excellent, proven resource to improve personal and process productivity—one that also reduces the burden on your IT and dev teams. Let’s have a look at some of the reports available in Content Intelligence:

Charting Wizard

The charting wizard allows users to pull from existing data sources and create graphical charts. This is a great tool that allows business users with limited technical knowledge to be able to quickly create easy-to-understand graphs and charts that visually convey trends, stats and performance.

Batch Update Wizard

The batch update wizard uses a wizard-style interface that allows users to select a large number of items for batch actions. This tool makes it easy for users to clean up, organize and secure batches of documents in one shot.

User Permissions Manager

The user permissions manager enables the review and editing of permissions for each user and group on a specified Content Server item. This is a useful tool for system administrators to streamline the management of direct and inherited permissions for large numbers of users and groups.

Workflows Manager

The workflows manager provides a dashboard-style view of all the workflows within Content Server. It also gives an administrator the ability to change the status of multiple workflow instances from a single screen. For example, an administrator can easily oversee the status of supplier invoices.
