Every year, OpenText™ sends a delegation of top women leaders to the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing. This year, we also sent a delegation of women to the Grace Hopper Celebration India, Asia’s largest gathering of women technologists.
Ashu Thangaraj, Director of Software Engineering, and Lakshmi Chinnam, Senior Director of Software Engineering at OpenText India were both selected to join the delegation for GHCI in November 2018. In the interview below, Ashu and Lakshmi explain why attending GHCI is an important and exciting opportunity and share insights into the state of diversity and inclusion in technology and advice for women entering the industry.
