empty road with a sunset at the end

The new year launched a fresh chapter in my career: I joined OpenText.

This move brings me back to an area I’m deeply passionate about—customer experience.

The OpenText mission could not be more aligned with that passion, as we are focused on deepening customer intimacy, enhancing post-acquisition engagement, and delivering unified experiences.

My focus within the broader Experience Cloud? Leading our go-to-market strategy for OpenText™ Web CMS and OpenText™ Digital Asset Management (DAM) portfolio—capabilities that play a foundational and increasingly strategic purpose.

Reflecting on my first month, a few highlights stand out (I’ll spare you the details of security and compliance training refreshers):

Understanding OpenText Web CMS and OpenText DAM for enterprise digital experiences

I’ve been genuinely impressed by the breadth, flexibility, and power that both OpenText Web CMS and OpenText DAM have to offer. They form the backbone for customers creating, managing, and delivering personalized digital experiences at an enterprise scale.

Building trusted partnerships

I’ve always believed that you must be present to win. Conversations across the team confirm that everyone shares the passion and presence needed to deliver world-class products to market. I’ve only scratched the surface of our 22,000-strong community, but I am excited to forge lasting partnerships on this journey.

My first priority: Aligning resources

In week three, I launched a full audit of all internal sales materials and external-facing websites for OpenText Web CMS and OpenText DAM. The goal is simple: ensure both our teams and the market have the most current, compelling resources. True customer intimacy starts when employee experience and customer experience are perfectly in sync.

The road ahead for Web CMS, DAM, and digital experiences at OpenText

This first month has reignited a fire that had dimmed for too long. I’m eager to dive deeper into OpenText Web CMS and OpenText DAM—especially with exciting UX innovations on the horizon—more on those in the coming months.

If you’re curious about how we leverage OpenText Web CMS and OpenText DAM to deliver personalized digital experiences at scale, stick around. I’ll be sharing more insights in future posts.
