New in OT2 19.4

With OpenText™ OT2, organizations can leverage existing investments in their on-premises platforms and extend solutions where cloud can quickly improve time to value, such as customer, supplier and partner collaboration. Delivering SaaS applications that extend existing solutions prevents new information silos and simplifies technology investment decisions by providing compelling enterprise applications for business users.

This launch introduces new SaaS applications to streamline records management, collaboration, security and storage usage reporting:

  • OpenText™ Core for Federated Compliance, a centralized application for oversight of records policies across multiple content repositories. Available immediately for Documentum, the application features a unique hybrid architecture which honors local control and data sovereignty requirements
  • OpenText™ Core Experience Insights, a SaaS application that provides marketing leaders full visibility over their customer’s journey – from website interactions to email engagement, social media content and call center performance
  • Accelerate digital signature processes and easily share documents via OpenText™ Core Signature integrated into OpenText™ Core Share

Muhi S. Majzoub is the Executive Vice President of Security Products for OpenText. Joining the company in 2012, Muhi has held various senior executive positions. For twelve years, Muhi led OpenText’s Products and Engineering organization to drive and deliver the vision and strategy for OpenText products and their transition to the cloud. He now focuses on accelerating our Security portfolio of products and services with the next innovations. Prior to OpenText, Muhi was Chief of Products for NorthgateArinso, where he was responsible for defining the company’s product vision, strategy and the development life cycle. He focused on consolidating the latest software portfolio and developing new product capabilities for both cloud and on-premises solutions. Muhi has also held the position of Senior Vice President of Product Development for CA, Inc., where he was responsible for the development of the common technology platform and components and integration strategy. Prior to CA, Muhi was Vice President of Product Development at Oracle Corporation. During his tenure at Oracle, he was responsible for the delivery of the Sales Automation Suite, including Sales Online TeleSales, Sales Compensation, Sales Intelligence and many other Internet technology projects, such as Oracle Store, Oracle.com and the MetaLink TAR system. Muhi attended San Francisco State University.
