Fausto Brembilla

Fausto Brembilla heads SAP’s Global HR Service Delivery organization, running services for more than 110,000 employees. His team supports recruiting to retirement, including compensation and workforce mobility, helping SAP to sell credibly, manage their external workforce, and advise employees on all work-life matters. With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry—with 20 years in SAP HR, Fausto has held various roles in Total Rewards, Business Partner, HR Operations, and Talent Management. Before joining SAP in 2001, Fausto held positions at Compaq and Hewlett Packard. He studied Electronic Science and Information Technology at Parma University.
