Serge is Senior Manager in OpenText Customer Success Services organization. He has designed, supported, and led many Information Management deployments all over the world for the past 20 years, from greenfield or upgrades to scale ups and migrations. He currently leads a global team of highly technical experts in the OpenText Cloud with specific focus on production readiness and customer success.
