Phil is an engineer by education and has an MBA, M.S. in Economics, and M.S. in Finance. He also has a Graduate Certificate in Smart Oilfield Technologies and a certificate in AI Applications for Growth. He resides in the Anchorage, Alaska area and loves to hike and enjoy the outdoors.
