What to do in Toronto outside of Enterprise World

Are you heading to Enterprise World 2019 in Toronto on July 9-11? While the event will keep you busy with keynotes, learn paths, breakouts and certification, you might just have time to enjoy the beautiful city of Toronto during your trip!

Take a look at these fun activities you can do to get the full Toronto experience:

1. Visit Toronto’s most famous landmark, the CN Tower
No trip to Toronto would be complete without a trip to the CN Tower, Toronto’s most famous landmark! The CN Tower is 553.3m high and is located on Front Street in Downtown Toronto – right next to the MTCC. In 1995, The CN Tower was classified as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. With a glass floor, a 360 rotating restaurant (check out more restaurants with a view), and the world’s highest full circle hands-free Edge Walk, the CN Tower offers an unrivaled view of the Greater Toronto Area.

2. Ripley’s Aquarium
Just east of the CN Tower you’ll find another site to be seen in Toronto—Ripley’s Aquarium! Take a stroll through the Aquarium and visit everything under the sea from Planet Jellies to the Rainbow Reef to the Ray Bay. In the Dangerous Lagoon, you can hop on the moving walkway which will take you through an underwater tunnel for an even closer look at some spectacular marine life.

3. Learn all about Canada’s favorite pastime at the Hockey Hall of Fame
As Toronto’s premier hockey attraction, the Hockey Hall of Fame is dedicated to the history of ice hockey and home to the Stanley Cup. If you’re into hockey, you can even go one-on-one with life-size, animated versions of today’s greatest goalies and shooters.

4. Amazing restaurants
As an international, multi-cultural city, Toronto has something for everyone when it comes to eating and drinking! Check out the latest Time Out list of the top 20 Toronto restaurants here.

5. Take in a Jays Game at the Rogers Centre
If you’re joining Enterprise World for training before the conference, you’ll have a chance to catch a Jays Game at the Rogers Centre! The Toronto Blue Jays will be taking on the Orioles on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7.
