Qfiniti: WFO Provider of the Year

OpenText recognized at Call Center Week Gala

Each year the IQPC Call Center Week Excellence Awards honor, recognize and promote the most innovative call center solutions and individuals. In 2016, OpenText was named a finalist in the “WFO Provider of the Year” category alongside finalists Verint and Calabrio.

We are proud to announce that at the event this year, in front of the judges and attendees, OpenText™ Qfiniti was selected as WFO Provider of the Year!  In my acceptance speech in front of the crowd, the host asked me what made Qfiniti so special for a changing workforce and I said, “We think the era of clunky call recording, bad coaching and crappy scheduling is over!  It’s time to make this fun for every generation.”  We got a fun response from the audience in the moment, but the question I’ve been asked after the gala is: how did you win?

To summarize it quickly, our application and the innovations for the contact center make Qfiniti different.  To be more specific, here are some highlights from our award submission:WFO CCW
