We are now more than halfway through the first month of 2018, but I still find myself reflecting on the past year. For me personally, it was a big year – my first leading OpenText Customer Marketing – and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity each and every day.
I am lucky to work with some of the industry’s best and brightest – I challenge you to find a team who is more passionate about keeping customers at the heart of everything that they do. But even more so, it’s been a privilege to get re-engaged with our customers, hear their feedback, listen to their success stories, and build platforms to elevate their voice throughout the company and beyond.
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again – with our customers’ support, OpenText Elite™ is bigger and better than ever before. We are over 650 members strong globally, with our community of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) innovators and leaders continuing to grow every day.
We now have a team dedicated to the delivery of global programs such as user groups and advisory councils that enhance customer education and engagement, while also leveraging their voice to improve our business and product strategy. To date, we’ve run customer events engaging more than 2,600 customers worldwide – and this is just the beginning.
