What excites you most about the industry right now?

I’m most excited about how organizations are overcoming ECM adoption barriers and extending ECM into business processes and applications as part of their digital transformation.

What does the digital world mean to you?

Digital is about organizations creating new business models, using productivity to be more competitive and digitizing the customer experience to differentiate themselves.

Are you ready for Nashville and why?

Absolutely – we have a complete program prepared that ranges from elemental technical training all the way to high-level sessions for seasoned practitioners.

Why is this going to be the best Enterprise World yet?

Because this Enterprise World is really turning the focus toward learning – which is the real reason people come to Enterprise World.

What will customers learn about your product area at the event?

In addition to gaining insight into a host of new ECM capabilities, they’ll learn how to successfully deploy ECM directly from OpenText and customer experts.

What will you be showcasing/demonstrating?

Coming on the heels of the recent Content Suite 16 launch in Release 16, we’ve got a wide variety of demos and sessions spotlighting new features and use cases.

What are the must see sessions on your product area?

There are well over 40 sessions and panels dedicated to learning about Content Suite so it’s hard to pick, but here are the ECM essentials:
