Fujitsu chooses OpenText Exstream to power new proposal tool

In 2015, Fujitsu realized that their CRM system was no longer meeting their needs. So what do you do? While moving to Salesforce, they took the opportunity to address a core need – better business communications? Thankfully Fujitsu made the call to OpenText and brought in OpenText™ Exstream to save the day.

After outgrowing their initial CRM system, Fujitsu also recognized that the need of a new proposal tool that provided easy template maintenance, multilingual support, PDF output, and most importantly, had to be easy to use.

After vetting many vendors, Fujitsu chose OpenText Exstream and are now able to pull data directly from Salesforce, and have eliminated the need for coding and their dependency on IT.
