On Monday, May 21st, OpenText Business Process Solutions group announced that OpenText MBPM 9 (formerly Metastorm BPM) has attained the Common Criteria Certification and Validation Scheme (CCEVS) at Evaluation Assurance Level 4+ (EAL4+), augmented with ALC_FLR.2, through the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP).

"Security remains one of the most important capabilities for both our government and commercial customers alike," said Steve Russell, senior vice president of research and development, OpenText, Business Process Solutions. "The Common Criteria Certification at EAL4+ is one of the toughest certifications to achieve. Earning this critical accreditation underscores OpenText's commitment to providing customers with not only the most flexible but also the most secure business process management solutions in the market space."

Tuesday, May 22nd, OpenText unveiled record-setting SQL Server 2012 benchmarking study results.
"These results show that no organization is too big to deploy intensive email monitoring solutions in conjunction with SQL Server 2012," said James Latham, Chief Marketing Officer at Open Text. "Given our highly productive relationship with Microsoft, customers can confidently tap OpenText's deep understanding of governance and business process management while using Microsoft's database technology to ensure scalability and availability, as well as to lower their total cost of ownership."

Wednesday, May 23rd, OpenText released a media alert detailing customer Allergan’s Gartner Enterprise Architecture presentation on how it’s using Enterprise Architecture to standardize processes and meet regulatory compliance mandates.
